BASIC PROVISIONS
These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "terms and conditions") are issued in accordance with Section 1751 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code (hereinafter referred to as "Civil Code")

These terms and conditions are prepared for the e-shop: www.dokonalaoslava.cz (hereinafter referred to as "seller").
The seller primarily offers digital products (e.g., digital invitations, graphic templates), which are provided in PDF, PNG format or as links to third-party platforms (e.g., Canva). Additionally, it also offers physical printed versions of these products.
These terms and conditions regulate the mutual rights and obligations of the seller and a natural person who enters into a purchase agreement outside their business activity as a consumer, or within their business activity (hereinafter referred to as: "buyer") through the online store.
The provisions of the terms and conditions are an integral part of the purchase agreement. Deviating agreements in the purchase agreement take precedence over the provisions of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions and the purchase agreement are concluded in the Czech language.
INFORMATION ABOUT PRODUCTS AND PRICES
Information about goods, including the prices of individual digital and physical products and their main features, is provided for each item in the online store catalog. Prices include VAT and all related fees.
Digital products are products intended for download, email delivery, or accessible via a link (e.g., Canva templates). Printed products are physically sent to the customer's address.
All presentation of goods placed in the online store is for informational purposes only, and the seller is not obliged to enter into a purchase agreement regarding these goods.
ORDER AND CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT
The buyer places an order through the order form. When ordering, they choose the product variant (digital or printed), payment method, and possibly delivery method.
Digital products are usually delivered immediately after payment to the email address provided by the buyer. For Canva templates, the customer receives an editing link.
The purchase agreement is concluded at the moment the order is confirmed by the seller.
PAYMENT TERMS AND DELIVERY
The purchase price will be paid by the buyer non-cash via a payment gateway or by bank transfer to the seller's bank account. Digital products do not require any additional shipping costs. In the case of a printed version, postage is charged according to the current price list.
For digital products, the moment of delivery is considered to be the moment when the customer is able to download the product or it is delivered to them by email.
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
The buyer cannot withdraw from a contract for the supply of digital content if the supply began with their express consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period and they were informed that they would thereby lose their right to withdraw (Section 1837(l) of the Civil Code).
For printed products, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless it concerns personalized products.
COMPLAINTS AND RIGHTS FROM DEFECTIVE PERFORMANCE
The buyer has the right to file a complaint if the received product is defective - whether digital (non-functional link, unable to open file) or physical (damage, incorrect printing).
LICENSE AGREEMENT
Digital products purchased through this e-shop are intended exclusively for personal use. It is forbidden to further distribute them, modify them for commercial purposes, forward them to third parties, or sell them.
FINAL PROVISIONS
These contractual arrangements are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. The seller reserves the right to change and update the terms and conditions.
An appendix to the terms and conditions is a sample form for withdrawal from the contract for printed products.
These terms and conditions become effective on 23.4.2025
